External Design

The proprietary software for the T3 device is provided entirely free of charge.
It supports two distinct UT ports (Probe Ports). Additionally, it features a vibrant 7-inch display equipped with a highly responsive capacitive touchscreen.
The external port configuration intuitively includes Power, USB, Encoder, and LAN ports. The entire device is engineered with a rugged yet lightweight build customized for prolonged one-handed operation.

Portable, Quick-Change Batteries

The battery is purposefully designed for quick and easy replacement, fully supporting continuous, uninterrupted operation in the field.
Additionally, the overall operating time can be substantially extended by incorporating an optional high-capacity battery pack.

Section titled “Calibration Tool”The DEEPSOUND T3 offers a robust variety of automated calibration programs, comprehensively including Velocity, Wedge delay, DAC, and Encoder calibrations.
It also provides dedicated TOFD calibration protocols natively within the software, guaranteeing exceptionally accurate and high-precision inspections through standardized pre-test calibration routines.
TOFD Tool
Section titled “TOFD Tool”The DEEPSOUND T3 comes absolutely standard with powerful TOFD functionality. It is meticulously designed to seamlessly acquire high-fidelity images while the probe is in motion by utilizing the built-in Encoder Port.
With the DEEPSOUND T3, you hold the power to dynamically design an optimized inspection solution directly in the field.

Encoder Port
Section titled “Encoder Port”The DEEPSOUND T3 is natively equipped with an Encoder port, empowering real-time positional data collection and storage. This ensures the highest level of inspection reliability reproducibility.
It provides a remarkably wide range of automated measurement solutions by maximizing the utilization of the active Encoder.
Thickness Measurement
Section titled “Thickness Measurement”The DEEPSOUND T3 software is brilliantly optimized to perform continuous thickness measurements.
Based on the signals accurately detected within the Gate, users can instantly identify underlying variations by observing dramatic color changes mapping in the C-scan or by directly analyzing the cross-sectional B-scan images.
