  • A Lightweight and Compact Product The DEEPSOUND B3 features a 7” display, giving it the smallest, most streamlined form factor compared to other portable NDT devices in its class.

  • Portable, Quick-Charge Batteries The DEEPSOUND B3 device comes standard with one smart battery.

It is designed for rapid battery removal and replacement to minimize downtime.

The equipment allows for continuous operation through the optional application of high-capacity battery packs.

  • Difference in Beam Focusing Clearly differentiable, high-resolution, and high-image quality. Unlike other typical NDT instruments, DSVision demonstrates a visible superiority in the beam focusing of detected flaws. Standard weld geometries such as V, Reverse V, and Double V can be easily selected and applied, enabling an accurate representation of actual field welds.

In addition, the software supports HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) width visualization, allowing users to clearly define and display heat-affected areas adjacent to the weld.

  • Utilizing Channel Groups DSVision fully supports customizable Channel Groups.

The program also natively supports TOFD, enabling users to create and manage various complex configurations, including simultaneous PAUT + TOFD setups.

  • Thickness Measurement DSVision is fully capable of profiling variations in corrosion thickness.

These thickness deviations are intuitively distinguished via a color-mapped display. The inspected data can be further evaluated and analyzed using DEEPSOUND’s dedicated analysis software, DSViewer.
